Kirill Androsov has been the deputy economic development and trade minister since 2005, before which he was the director of the ministryís tariff regulations and infrastructure reform department. His private sector experience includes serving as the deputy director of Lenenergo and investment manager for the management of Finlandís Ganza Investments.
