Michael Considine is the director for Eurasia affairs and intellectual property issues at the US Chamber of Commerce. Considine has developed an intriguing network of business and government relations throughout the world, especially in the FSU, having been a frequent contributor to international trade conferences and discussions.
Considine was previously the executive director of the US Overseas Cooperative Development Council (OCDC) and recently served as the deputy legislative director and senior policy adviser for international trade, finance and development for US Senator Chuck Hagel.
