Ronald Freeman is a member of Troika Dialog’s BoD and senior adviser to CEO Ruben Vardanian.
Freeman served two terms as head of the banking department at the EBRD from its inception in 1991. Under his leadership, the bank became the largest source of private debt and equity financing in Russia and many of the other 23 countries in which it has operations. He was previously co-head of investment banking for Salomon Brothers in New York and London, a consultant in the Paris office of McKinsey & Company and a lawyer in Paris for Baker & McKenzie.
Freeman received his BA in literature from Lehigh University and was awarded an LLD in law by the Columbia University School of Law, where he now holds the position of co-chairman of the Law School's International Advisory Board.[an error occurred while processing the directive]
