Oleg Maximov

Oil & Gas Senior Analyst, Troika Dialog

Oleg Maximov joined the Troika Dialog research team in June 2003. Prior to this, he was an emerging markets equity analyst with the USAA Investment Management Company in San Antonio, US, where he researched companies located in Russia/Eastern Europe, Turkey, the Middle East, South Africa and Brazil. In 1996-2000, he co-managed East European and Russian equity funds for New Capital Markets, Inc. in Washington DC. Oleg holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration (MPA) from Rutgers, the State University of New Jersey.
