Peter O'Brien

Peter O’Brien is vice president at Rosneft in charge of strategic investment projects and capital raising. Before he joined the oil major, he worked at Morgan Stanley’s Moscow office, first as vice president, then as executive director.

O’Brien graduated from Duke University and received his MBA from Columbia University.
