Martin Raiser is an economic adviser and sector coordinator for the economic management and poverty reduction group at the World Bank’s Kyiv-based regional office for Belarus, Moldova and Ukraine. Prior to coming to Kyiv, Raiser was the World Bank's country manager in Uzbekistan and before that worked as the director for country strategy and analysis at the European Bank for Reconstruction & Development.
He holds a PhD in economics from the University of Kiel (Germany) and an MSc from the London School of Economics.[an error occurred while processing the directive]
