Bulat Stolyarov

Director, Institute of Regional Policy

Bulat Stolyarov is the director of the Institute for Regional Policy, a non-profit research organization, and PR adviser to the Krasnoyarsk Region governor. He has worked as a political and economics correspondent for Noviye Izvestiya and Novaya Gazeta, for which he conducted a number of interviews with the top brass of some of Russia’s biggest companies, and subsequently as a correspondent and politics editor at the Vedomosti daily.

Stolyarov holds a degree in journalism with a specialty in literary critique from Moscow State University.
